Artist / Andrew Cross

Andrew Cross has been a train-spotter since childhood. He takes photographs that explore the façade of the English landscape creating the sense of a botanical stage. For example a photograph taken from the spot where the artist was standing in 1979 when he saw Led Zeppelin perform their last gig at Knebworth. Without the title or this knowledge it is simply a photo of rural landscape.
