Exquisitely crafted black and white photographs in coloured glass frames that lend the work a sculptural quality. These images are generated by arrangements of iconic design objects referencing a modernist aesthetic, but bequeathed new status that conjures an almost cartoon-like narrative. These works were included in the acclaimed show ‘Strange Events Permit themselves the Luxury of Occurring’ curated by Steve Claydon for Camden Arts Centre.
