Information
Mark Jackson and Charlotte Webb see collaboration as central to their practice, functioning both as method and subject. Exploring the complexities of co-authorship by working in media that have traditionally been associated with individual subjectivity, such as painting, sculpture and drawing they produce work through a flow of mutations, hybridisations, and exchanges, and have set no definitive rules. The Chromatography chemical reaction drawings are the result of a further collaboration with PhD chemistry students at Imperial College London to research F.F.Runge’s chromatography experiments.
